Help finding bump

I just went through all 66 pages at bumpworthy.com and did not find the bump I want.  It kind of looks like an old amusement park and a large statue of a man waves his arm while some funky music plays.

Any ideas?

The only large statue waving arm man we have here is this http://www.bumpworthy.com/bump_display.php?bid=120 but I don't know if that's the one  .

I searched manually, I remembered the name  I understand the picture didn't really highlight that part though. Just glad I could help!
