Update for "Mighty Boosh Song" bump

Well, I don't know anything about Mighty Boosh myself (not a fan, don't like it...) but lyrics sites are very open for people to add their own material (which explains why there's a lot of wrong lyrics all the time) so that could very well be somebody making it up or naming it for the sake of giving it a name. It could also be true, however, and every clue helps.

Well The Hitcher did trap people in a box, but I've yet to see an official release outside of the radio broadcast (labeled "The Hitcher") so... maybe a notation in the description for now.
