Recent Bump with Jungle Track

I recently saw a bump which used a jungle/drum&bass song I've been trying to ID for a while.  The promos for Animal Planet's Orangutan Island used the same song (see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WT9puqniSM ).  The sample sounds like Joe Williams'  Get Out My Life Woman (also used for Kool G Rap's Ill Street Blues).  Anybody know the song artist and name?

Thanks to Ryan D. that info has now been updated. *whew*    It is in fact a library track, (The Animal Planet clip was a big hint) which means it's not available to purchase or download unless you are a licensed professional but you can listen to it at their site.
