Thanks!, and I've been looking for a while for these too, even though I never seen it on air or anything, but because Big O is an awesome show and when I found out it had Tokyo bumps like this based on a comment someone made on the forums here, I became really curious about them. Sadly this tape ended a few minutes into the episode so the other 3 bumps are still missing. This one is a cool one though and might have become one of my favorites in the Tokyo series, next to the Wolf Rain & the Cowboy Bebop bumps. At the very least, nearly all of the Tokyo video bumps are found, just missing the other Big O bumps (I'm not counting a few missing variants of the Inuyasha, Trigun, Bebop, and Lupin bumps that had either music changes or removed or added text, gunshots, etc.)

By any chance, do you still remember what happens in the rest of the Tokyo Big O bumps and what they looked like? If you don't, it's fine. I don't expect you to seeing as they only aired for a few weeks before the show was pulled off the Saturday schedule and they switched to the still image timestamped [   ] Tokyo bumps that Summer.

Oh ok, that's understandable. I kinda figured they were like the Trigun or Cowboy Bebop bumps where they simply showed a different area but still had the Giant O in the sky. Thanks for the info.

Interestingly I first came across this bump on a 2006 Australian AS recording I found online. I thought it was something made specific for Australia. Though the recording had other AS Bumps which aired here such as Adult Swim is Your Friend and an Orange Building "Red Wall" bump, both of which had the same music as they did here. And last night someone sent me some screenshots they found with old AS related stuff including this which apparently did air here. I used this image they sent as the Australian airing had a screenbug at the top and then cut to a giant [adult swim] logo on a black screen. The Australian tape was in a much better quality than this image here.

I had a question about that Meatwad bump that maybe someone knows the answer? I seen some Latin America and Australian Adult Swim commercial breaks that had the Meatwad bump, as well as bumps for Harvey Birdman, Space Ghost, and other shows in this same style, except they simply said [adult swim] as opposed to the show's name like it does here. Did any other bumps in this style air in the U.S.? I only ever seen recordings of the Meatwad one.

Yeah, I think I posted somewhere on here why I named it Cigar Box...
Most of the photos were linked from here, some from the ASMB. That's the main reason I didn't delete the whole thing when they went nutty.
