Why aren't the latest bumps at the TOP of the page?

Okay, this has been bugging me for a while. It seems like I have to scroll down at least a page to get to the newest bumps. The very top of the bumps page shows old bumps that have been uploaded weeks ago, but I need to scroll down to see bumps that have just made their way to the site TODAY.

The bumps appear in the order they were uploaded, not in the order they are approved.
