Do anyone know all the in and out commercial break bumps that were played when flcl first played on adultswim, durning the episodes of inuyasha, trigun, cowboy bebop ...i been to the adultswim flossing is killing me and seen all of those bumps, but i only found 2 out of the 3 ...one was i.dee from fat jon, alice from algorthm, these were played during the in and out commercial bumps during 2003-2004, actually i.dee from fat jon was the ending "brought to you by" bump. theres only one bump im searching, if anyone can help me find the bumps played when flcl first played on adultswim i would appreciate you alot

It's possible I may be able to find those. It premiered in August 2003, during the week of the very first Viewer Card Night. I recall lamenting that I have tapes from around that time but not that night specifically. Unfortunately I remember having a Sunday tape and it aired on weekdays... Problem is my Mother-in-Law came to stay with us and all my tapes are currently shoved back in the closet :( Not sure when I'll have a chance to get to it.

Wait, my brain's just kicking in, you mean asfdotcom.net? (The "F" words cycle - I haven't seen 'flossing') Those are FLCL promos, not bumps, with music by The Pillows. Bumps from that time are going to look like this: http://www.bumpworthy.com/bumps/5855

I. Dee was the last bump of the night, (we don't have one) FOLLOWED by
the Music Brought to You By which in 2003 was Algorithm http://www.bumpworthy.com/bumps/1360
and in 2004 multiple artists: http://www.bumpworthy.com/bumps/666

...but yeah, if you're looking for Fat Jon and Algorithm you're looking for bumps... and not necessarily FLCL bumps, I guess. We don't have much posted from 2003 - 2005, try searching the show titles from back then. If it's something like Bebop that's still airing you should go into the search filter and uncheck 'Toonami' so you don't get all the new stuff. I can't link search results but here are some tag links.

Hey thanks guys those bumps really took me back, but I should have been more specific, but I meant the black and white text filter bumps they played during the anime era of 2003-2004

I'm assuming that response was for this... like I said, we don't have much posted from that time. I am swamped right now, I can't even look for stuff at the moment. Worse, back then I wasn't necessarily taping the whole block. When it came to anime I'd try to get one or two shows dedicated to one tape, depending on how they were scheduled, then once I had a full run of the series I stopped taping them. That's how I missed out on getting the codpiece bumps from Reign, I had already taped it during the How To/First Aid bump era. And... I'm not sure I made a point to tape FLCL because I already had the DVD's before they aired on AS. Similar situation for Trigun, I taped over it after buying it.

We do occasionally get donations from people, I think we may still have close to a hundred from someone that haven't been processed yet. One day I will get to mine, I know I have a bunch of Viewer Card Night bumps from August 2004 - November 2005. I tried to get Sundays and Thursdays through most of 2005. I also have Kikaider bumps from June/July 2003, I was away for a couple of weeks and I never taped over them. I also have whenever the first run of FMA and GitS was... not sure if it was the weeknight or weekend airing. Same with Witch Hunter Robin... Off the top of my head that's all know for sure. But, again, I don't know when I'll be able to get to it. If you follow us on Twitter or Facebook I always post when we get a pack of vintage bumps in.

Seeing what you said makes me want to cry Numy. Glad at the very least we have more that we have not seen. Wish I could throw some man hours your way for this but... that's not possible.
