Looking for bump song from 2009

I was recently watching some old recorded TV and saw a bump before the premiere of the 4th season of the venture bros.

It's a 15 second bump, right before the episode started (Oct 18th, 2009) talking about how great the new season is. I really just wanna know the song, I know it was used in other bumps, but i could not find it.
