Okay, the music from a B&W bump has haunted me for like 11 yrs lol. I hope you can help, but with my luck, prolly not. So I believe that the text bump was from between 2004-2006 and if I'm not mistaken, it was shown before PHF (Perfect Hair Forever). Can't remember what the bump said. The music had like a hip hop beat but it had like...flowy, dreamy violins playing over it. Kinda Sinatra or Amy Winehouse. It sounds like Flying Lotus or J Dilla, but I've searched EVERY bump on YouTube over the course of like 3 days and came up empty handed.
