Just curious to see what meh b.w's use on there computers for there jams! :D
For music, I use a combination of Spotify and VLC.
For videos, I use MPC-HC via the CCCP codec or sometimes VLC. :)
I use KMPlayer for pretty much everything.
Hmm... Media Player Classic's my favorite player on the PC, but for music I wind up using iTunes and Windows Media Player just for convenience's sake.
Hmm ok.Thats interesting. I have all the players you all have mentioned by my favorite player as far as sound quality goes would have to be winamp. The equalizer and tones that winamp produces seem to be a bit more "True " then some of the others. Mpc, Vlc and windows media player are good if your wanting to play them in there most raw forms, without any kind of audio equalization. c:
Agreed about WinAmp, it's really good if you want to tweak the EQ and stuff! I had it set up a few PCs back, sound quality is great. I forgot I also have Foobar here, but it's mostly to play weird formats.
Yes foobar is incredible for that! I find though, that with the proper codecs installed, vlc and mpc tend to play just about everything, even .gif files. <: Winamp has updated there stuff alot, but i still find there layouts to be rather dated....still works wonders though, and it has the best visualizer "milkdrop" on the planet c: <3.Perhaps ill show some vids of it in action to some funkeh beats! :3
VLC for the vids. iTunes for the jams. (no, I don't like iTunes too much, it's the easiest way for me to get my music to my phone)
I used to use Winamp before
GO BACK TO DUH AMP! :D
I get it though, sometimes the player that works with all your devices is easiest so its just like w.e.
I just tried to install Winamp and upon importing my music, it crashes. :\
