Something I like to point out, being an HBO subscriber that I am:
Those latest bumps spoof the "HBO Original Series" intros. If I happen to find one of those, I'll be able to post it here. I still thought that it's rather cool.
Keep in mind that both Adult Swim and HBO are owned by Time Warner.
Yeah, they're very obviously ripped from those . I think it's a nice joke, since like you said both are from the same company. They also look like some intros Turner Classic Movies had a few years back (although the HBO and Stoner Series ones are more elaborate). It'd be nice to put one of the HBO Original Series ones here on the boards for people to see as well.
Harvey Birdman got a Stoner Series bump right before it as well. Just posting in case you miss it. ;) Some other shows may have as well, haven't really paid attention. I caught this one though.
Yeah, they premiered that one today. I'm pretty sure there must be at least one more for The Brak Show... We'll find out . Thanks for the heads up, appreciate it :-D. I'll upload after the block ends, but the server's offline so the bumps won't pop up for a while.
No probz.
... Stroker & Hoop
Stroker and Hoop just got one too, as expected. :)
Assy and Brak will too hopefully. :D
Stroker and Bird are in the cannon. No love for Assy. Taping for Brak :-D.
I'm secretly hoping it was an error and the bump didn't get played for Assy. It's happened before. Like the ratings bump once. And even the high scores bump's very first time airing was shown at 1:15 instead of its proper slot.
Well, if there is one, it'll play next week I guess. Assy has no rerun, since Assy and Brak are replaced at 5:30 with Home Movies. I'll tape for that one too, but it didn't get one during the week so it's highly unlikely. Brak got the love, so I'm happy :-D. Maybe it's because Assy is pretty new?
I wonder if it's not considered an [as] original or property.... :| you know, legal-ee stuffs, iono :-P
Wouldn't the second season and after be considered so cuz adult swim paid to produce them? You know, when they stopped using Squigglevision and switched to Flash. Kinda like with the last 13 episodes of The Big O.
Still, the idea wouldn't be an original concept... I don't know, I think it isn't since not even the DVDs are manufactured by them. Did you get a good look at the schedule bump before KOTH? I saw that Monday's schedule is different from Tuesday-Thursday. Is there something I should look for? According to the online schedule there's no difference, but I can't see why the bump would separate Monday.
Nope. I mostly ignore those bumps cuz they're nothing special.
But:

and the most reliable out of all of them:
http://schedule.adultswim.com/servlet/ScheduleServlet?action=AS&theDate=11/7/09&timeZone=EST
So, I don't think so. ;)
The Monday schedule was just different because of Family Guy premieres - in Pantone 109C
Oh, okay. I guess we've seen all we'll see of Stoner Series for now, then. Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything... but, like t96 I also tend to ignore the schedule bumps .
I wasn't paying attention either, I pulled out the recording

About this, I was actually referring to Assy, and I think it's a matter of intellectual property and whatever the contract agreement was. Home Movies didn't even cross my mind because it started on UPN but Assy started on [as] :| so.... tune in next week - if they show one then it was either an oversight or tossed for time.
I'm gonna say definitely is since - if nothing - has the Williams Street logo at the end. Plus, Lazzo and Crofford are at the end of the credits. I hope they put Minoriteam, 12 oz. Mouse, SG:C2C and stuff on sometime soon so they can make bumps for them too. :) Shame they took off Xavier and T&E right before they started airing these bumps. :\
Sure it's a WS production, but that doesn't necessarily mean they own the intellectual property. It's part of the bargaining process that boils down to 'how bad do you want to produce it?' vs. 'how bad do you want it produced?'
Just playing Devil's Advocate here, I was really surprised it didn't have one :-P it's not it's the only thing the creator ever did with/for WS
Regarding Assy, I have no idea, since it does seem to have all the makings of an original presentation, but it did have all those delays in production... No idea, we'll find out next week I guess.
