Feeling a bit nostalgic here, I'm trying to re-create the awesome experience that was Adult Swim's "We Will Kill You" Halloween Special on the night of Sunday, October 26 2003. If you don't know what I'm talking about, check out this YouTube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q8-UpRg2uig). It was basically just a regular night of Sunday programming, except it was hosted by Brak's Dad who, according to the Cartoon Network press release, "...will meet an untimely death over and over again, all for the enjoyment of viewers between the ages of 18 and 34" during the bumps.
Does anyone else remember this? From trolling around Google for a couple days, you almost wouldn't know that something that awesome ever existed. People certainly don't seem to talk about it a lot on the internet. It's almost as if it never happened. I intend to preserve it, though, as best I can.
I've collected all the episodes that were on that night, and the plan is to cut up the "Brak's Dad" segments from that video or another one like it, and insert them back where they belong in between the shows. Then I'll combine them all back into one long video, add chapter markers, and call it a movie. Frankly, I'm surprised something like this doesn't exist already. Or maybe it does, and people just aren't sharing it where I know to look.
Anyway, the problem I have is that that video is really not of the greatest quality. I can de-interlace the picture, and adjust the audio to sync up properly (it's about 200 ms ahead of the picture, as-is) but it has a very low resolution, lacking a lot of detail, and the audio is quite noisy. I'm almost certain that I used to have it on a VHS at one time, but I think I ended up taping over it to catch a new ATHF or something, and besides, I wouldn't know how to go about getting it off the tape and onto my computer anyway. Does anybody have, or know where I can find, a better copy of it than this?

I can't seem to find those Swim at your own risk bumpers on this site either.
The only bumpers from that night that they have is from the action portion of the night. And it is only one (http://www.bumpworthy.com/bumps/1454). I don't recall seeing many, if any, other versions of that night online.
This does remind me that I need to get my VHS of that night converted somehow.

Send it to me!
I've got a dedicated VCR and DVR setup for converting VHS tapes.

What program are you using?
Also, Numy, the video looked fine to me... I noticed a few waves, but what can you do for something from 2003?
EDIT: I noticed that my speakers were being stupid and that's why it was only playing through one channel. Carry on.

What did you do? Cuz it's only coming out of my left speaker as well, however both my speakers work correctly for everything else.
