[IMPORTANT] User Maintenance

I'm going to be doing some housekeeping soon.

On April 4, 2007, I will be removing any user who has never posted and has not logged in within the past two months.

Just to clarify, I will NOT be removing people who have never posted.
And I will NOT be removing people who haven't logged in for two months.

I will ONLY delete accounts which have both 0 posts AND haven't logged in within the past two months.
