Need help finding B&W adult advisory card

Hey, first time posting here and was looking for the music for a parental advisory B&W card, tried looking around online but couldn't find anything, it was an Adult Swim Disclaimer that said the typical intended for mature audiences.... and after also said "but let's be honest there's very little here that could be called mature even on the best night", and for more detail it showed on Wednesday March 30, 2016 at 2 AM EST between American Dad and Family Guy, the music was great, and it didn't seem like a special message, any help would be great appreciated!
